[EXCLUSIVE] Young Jeezy Hit With New Lawsuit, Over Alleged Music Theft
The lawsuit says that in May 2014, Young Jeezy released his hit song “Me Ok” as the first single from his album “Seen it All The Autobiography” — which debuted at number 2 on the Billboard 200 chart with sales of 121k.
The musician accuses Jeezy of stealing his song “13 Shots” and using it in his hit song. He says that the rapper never obtained permission or authorization to use his music.
Syrrakos filed suit against Jeezy and his record labels for copyright infringement and is demanding a permanent injunction against the rappers album was continuing to be sold along with unspecified monetary damages.
