Ear Hustlin’: Gloria Govan & Matt Barnes Headed Toward Divorce

Over the summer, the couple seemed to be in a good space, appearing together on BET’s ‘Just KeKe‘.

During their appearance, they shared that reality TV almost ended their marriage. Matt revealed:

I’d just seen a few shows and, not that we’re the best couple or the happiest couple, but happiness doesn’t sell with that. You know they want to see drama, they want to see fights, they want to see cheating, they want to see this and that. And though our relationship was never perfect, that wasn’t something I wanted to share with everyone. Especially having brand new babies. You know, we just had twins when we were in Orlando. So, it was just something I didn’t want to start off parenthood with.

The couple married in 2012 and have 5-year-old twin boys. Neither have yet to respond publicly about the status of their marriage.
