(EXCLUSIVE) Iggy Azalea Continues Fighting Ex-Boyfriend Hefe Wine in Court

The drama continues between rapper Iggy Azalea and her legal battle with her ex-boyfriend/producer — who claims he has a sex tape with the female rapper. theJasmineBRAND.com has exclusively learned that the 23-year-old artist is headed back to court to claiming he has blown off her lawsuit and she wants a judgement entered.

Earlier this year, Iggy sued her ex-boyfriend/producer Hefe Wine in federal court. She accused him of downloading everything from her computer back in 2009, when they were living together in Georgia. The rapper claimed the contents included never released songs she had recorded.

The lawsuit explained that back in July, Hefe had announced publicly that he was releasing a new album of songs by Iggy– she claims those songs were stolen and thus the court needs to block him.
