(EXCLUSIVE) Iggy Azalea Continues Fighting Ex-Boyfriend Hefe Wine in Court

Interesting to note–the lawsuit was filed shortly after Hefe made claims to the media that he had a sex tape with the rapper and she had signed away her rights to block it from being released.

Iggy claimed in her legal battle that the contract was forged and he has no rights to release any material involving her.

Iggy sued her ex-boyfriend demanding that he stop using her name for commercial use and a court order prohibiting him from releasing her music and video of her to the public.

Then on October 20th, Iggy filed a motion in court requesting a default against Hefe. She explains that she served him with the legal papers on September 19th and he has not responded to the lawsuit within the time permitted by law.

Thus, she is demanding the court grant her a default and then she will pursue a default judgement — which could mean a ton of cash for the rapper.
