Phaedra Parks has returned to reality TV with another season of Real Housewives of Atlanta. And if you’re an avid viewer of the BRAVO show, you’ve watched the drama surrounding Phaedra’s marriage to her now incarcerated husband, Apollo Nida. After Sunday’s episode aired, there’s been a bit of conversation around whether or not Phaedra should have attended Apollo’s trial. Phaedra wrote a blog post, defending how she handled the entire situation.

Words cannot express the turmoil this situation has caused our family, and I can’t even begin to articulate how hard it has been.
