Devin Still –Whose Daughter Battles Cancer — Baby Mama Claims NFL’er Hasn’t Paid Child Support

Some interesting claims have been made about NFL’er Devon Still. The Cincinnati Bengals defensive tackle caught national attention this year, as his daughter continues her battle with cancer. But according to their daughter’s mother, the NFL’er has not paid child support in months.

Devon and his child’s mother, Channing Smythe, share a four-year-old daughter named, Leah. Channing says Devon hasn’t paid child support since July. As previously reported, this year Leah was diagnosed with stage 4 neuroblastoma and given a 50 per cent chance of survival. She has since endured surgery to remove a tumour, five rounds of chemotherapy, one round of radiotherapy and, most recently, stem cell treatment to restore bone marrow.

According to the New York Daily News, Channing’s attorney, Gloria Allred, submitted a letter to the NFL asking the organization to investigate if Devon has violated its Personal Conduct Policy by failing to pay child support.
