(EXCLUSIVE) V.Stivano To Be Grilled About Racist Recording & Relationship Donald Sterling in Trial
Reportedly, they’re suing Donald and the Sterling Family Trust to receive that money back. The NBA and commissioner Adam Silver filed suit demanding Sterling pay back what it has cost them to fight him in court.
According to newly filed court docs in the case, Sterling argues he should not have been kicked out of the league because the recording of him was taken illegally.
The NBA has allegedly responded back, claiming he had no expectation of privacy. What’s more? When they list the witnesses they plan on calling to the stand during the trial — Sterling lists both his wife and V. Stivano. The NBA also plans on calling V. Stivano to the stand to answer questions about her time with Sterling and the infamous recording that was released. The trial is expected to start early next year. See the exclusive court docs.
