(EXCLUSIVE) Jeezy Escapes Jail Time in Case Accusing Him Terroristic Threats & False Imprisonment of His Son
adding, “If I could get away with it, I would kill you.”
The incident allegedly occurred in September 2012.
Jeezy denied all allegations from the charging complaint and sources close to Jeezy had accused his son’s mother of brain washing her son into saying his dad became violent during the fight.
The criminal case was set to go to trial on November 24th. Then a day before the case was set to go before the judge, a notice of Nolle Prosequi was filed in the case — which means the Georgia prosecutors who brought the charges against Jeezy decided they did not want to move forward with the case and dropped all the allegations against the rapper. The case was closed the next day and Jeezy will not be sentenced to a day in jail over the charges. See the exclusive court docs.
