[Thug Life] Darren Sharper Indicted On Rape Charges
Reportedly, he has been jailed in California since February while awaiting separate charges of drugging and raping women there. He’s also being investigated on similar charges in Las Vegas.
With the indictment in Louisiana, however, the stakes went up for Sharper. The maximum sentence for aggravated rape in Louisiana is life in prison without the possibility of parole, probation or suspended sentence. His bond in the Louisiana case was set at $2.5 million.
