(EXCLUSIVE) NBA Baller Paul Pierce Sells Huge Mansion at Loss For $2.4 Mill

Pierce first listed the mansion last November at the listing price of $2,649,000, then dropped the price to $2.45 million in May after months of the home sitting on the market with no bites.

Then in December, Pierce sold off the pad for only $2,253,434.34, $200k less than he was asking for and even more than what he purchased it for back in 2003.
