Steve Harvey is firing back at allegations he illegally used over 260 songs for his talk show and is demanding the $43 million dollar lawsuit be thrown out of court– theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports.
As previously reported, a music publishing company, We 3 Kings, filed a federal lawsuit against Steve Harvey and the production companies behind his daytime talk show last year, accusing the talk show host of using a total of 268 unlicensed songs during season 2 of his show.
We 3 Kings reportedly explained they never agreed to let Harvey or his show use their music catalog and Harvey illegally and without authorization choose to play the songs they own.
