This morning, the Academy of Motion Picture Arts & Sciences unveiled nominations for the 87th Oscars at the Samuel Goldwyn Theater in Beverly Hills in a special two-part announcement of all 24 categories. And it’s great news for fans of Selma!

The film has snagged an Oscar Nomination for Best Motion Picture of the Year. The film’s song ‘Glory’, written and performed by Common and John Legend, was nominated for achievement in music written for motion pictures. See the full list on the next page.
