India Arie Claims Lady Gaga’s Bodyguard Was Overly Aggressive Toward Her: He swatted me! [VIDEO]
India Arie says that she had an unpleasant experience while on the GRAMMY’s red carpet Sunday night. On Twitter, Arie says that she attempted to speak to Lady Gaga (while they both were on the red carpet), when she was surprisingly swatted. She tweets:
when I reached to speak to @ladygaga her security swatted my wrist – clapping something hard against my turquoise bracelet #Grammy2015 smh

Her securty swatted my hand – SHE didnt see me. And my point is not @ladygaga my point is — this is the energy of the hollywood bubble

I was there standing next to gaga and India is totally dramatic, she went in while gaga was being interviewed and was reaching for gaga so the bodyguard reached for her hand ……thats all, he did not touch her that hard at all. India is guilty of the “bubble” herself and for being less than nice on more than one occasion and was just offended ….thats all.
Regardless, the bodyguard was out of line. he should have tapped his “boss” and said, “she wants you” clearly most of the people on that carpet is “somebody”.
