(EXCLUSIVE) Michael Vick’s Financial Situation Looks Bleak, Only $50K in Bank Accounts
More not-so-good news for Michael Vick. theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports that the 34-year-old NFL’er’s finances aren’t looking too optimistic, and his bank accounts only have around $50k total, this according to docs filed in his never-ending bankruptcy case.
The NFL star filed for Chapter 11 bankruptcy in 2008, claiming he owed over $20 million dollars to creditors with his assets dwindling due to his infamous dog-fighting scandal and having lost numerous million dollar endorsements.
Vick has made a miraculous comeback, signing a 6-year $100 million dollar deal in 2011 with the Eagles — which has helped pay off a huge chunk of the people he owed money to in the bankruptcy.

This post is a little misleading. Mike Vick is a few payments from being totally out of debt and paying back 20 million he could have not paid back. In recent news post he has taken a small annual salary for himself and paid the rest to his creditors and he will be done this year. He ha several years left on his contract and he has a brush company that is doing extremely well Mike Vick is in great shape money wise for the long term. Id he has been living on less than 400k a year for all this time while making millions he has what it takes to save and grow his millions in income after he is free of debt. Mike will not end be another tragic story about ballers and their money problems.
