Damon Dash is accusing his ex-wife of violating their divorce agreement and has headed to court demanding she be punished for her actions, theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports.

Rachel Roy filed for divorce from the hip hop mogul in 2009. The two had been married since 2005 after meeting while Roy worked at Rocawear. They share two daughters Ava and Tallulah.

The divorce reportedly turned nasty with Roy filing for an order of protection months after she served Dash with the divorce papers.
