(EXCLUSIVE) Damon Dash Accuses Ex-Wife Rachel Roy of Violating Divorce Agreement

Dash and Roy settled the divorce near the end of 2009 and no filings had been made in the case ever since the settlement was filed, until now.

On March 13th, Dash headed back to court and had the divorce re-opened accusing Roy of being in contempt of the court order in the case. He is demanding that his ex-wife be punished for her contempt and violating the divorce agreement. The court docs are sealed in the case, so it’s unclear what Dash is accusing Roy of exactly but it’s serious enough where he wants the court to punish her. See the exclusive court docs.
