(EXCLUSIVE) Money Troubles for Birdman? Music Mogul Takes Out 12 Mill Loan on Miami Estate
liens against his estate if the mortgage was to be given to him and thus the same day docs were filed in Miami Court stating he paid off the construction workers who accused him of screwing them out of nearly 1 million dollars for work done on his mansion.
Birdman originally purchased the pad back in 2012 for 14.5 million dollars and last year he took out a 5 million dollar mortgage on the home to renovate it.
The timing of the loan is interesting, due to Birdman being hit with a federal tax lien in February accusing him of owing nearly 2 million in back taxes — also being hit with the court docs by the construction companies and being slapped with the 51 million dollar lawsuit by Lil Wayne.
