R. Kelly is accused of defrauding a concert promoter by backing out of a scheduled Texas concert and now the man has slapped the singer with a federal lawsuit demanding 180k+ in damages — theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports.
A concert promoter named Darryl Austin filed a federal lawsuit against singer R.Kelly in Texas Court. Austin explains that he entered into an agreement with R.Kelly’s representative John Mosley in January 2015, for the singer to headline a concert event in Dallas to take place on April 23rd.
