Jodeci’s K-Ci Talks Vintage Relationship With Mary J. Blige, She jumped on stage telling a fan: B*tch don’t touch my man!

It’s Throwback Thursday, a more than appropriate time to discuss one of your favorite vintage couples. Depending on your age, you may or may not be familiar with the good ole days, when singers Mary J. Blige and Jodeci’s K-Ci were an ‘IT’ couple.

The two, who are now in their 40’s, dated when they were in their 20’s and their careers were on the rise. Obviously, they’ve both moved on, but we still find some of their stories together priceless.

Today, Jodeci visited Power 105’s The Breakfast Club, and K-Ci shared some insight on what his relationship was like with Mary.

That was 10, 12 years of a relationship. We had fun but, it got to the point that at that time you know, like I said we was young. Our careers were going like this [gestures up] and it just exploded. I’m not gonna lie. I did some things I shouldn’t have done. As far as — I was in Jodeci — she couldn’t take that heat. Girls grabbing on me when I was on stage.
