As previously reported, last weekend, Nelly was pulled over because the bus he was riding in failed to display a U.S. Department of Transportation and International Fuel Tax Association sticker.

Troopers smelled marijuana when they reached the bus and searched the bus. Reportedly, they found five rocks that tested positive for meth, a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and numerous handguns. Nelly’s lawyer Scott Rosenblum said he was,
extremely confident that when the facts come out, Nelly will not be associated with the contraband that was allegedly discovered.
He is now facing charges including felony possession of drugs and possession of drug paraphernalia. He was released after paying a $10,000 bond. His next court date is June 19. In lighter news, Nelly’s BET reality show,’Nellyville’, will return for second season in May. [Instagram]
