[Thug Life] Nelly Arrested & Jailed: Officers Find Drugs & Handguns on Bus

It’s been a rough weekend for Nelly (real name Cornell Haynes).

The 40-year-old rapper and BET reality TV star is facing felony drug charges after an arrest in Tennessee on Saturday morning.

According to reports, Nelly was pulled over because the bus he was riding in failed to display a U.S. Department of Transportation and International Fuel Tax Association sticker.

Troopers smelled marijuana when they reached the bus and searched the bus. Reportedly, they found five rocks that tested positive for meth, a small amount of marijuana, drug paraphernalia and numerous handguns.
