Creflo Dollar Slams Critics After Asking Congregation for $65 Million Plane [VIDEO]

Creflo Dollar is currently under fire, after the mega preacher asked his congregation to assist him in purchasing a luxury airplane. Dollar (who is the pastor of World Changers Church International) asked for financial assistance (the plane reportedly costs $65 million) on the church’s web site. After being criticized by the public and media about this, the information was removed from the web site. However, we’ve copied and pasted it below.

The ministry’s current airplane, was built in 1984, purchased by the ministry in 1999 and has since logged four million miles. Recently on an overseas trip to a global conference, one of the engines failed. By the grace of God, the expert pilot, who’s flown with Creflo for almost 20 years, landed the plane safely without injury or harm to any passengers.

Due to this recent incident coupled with the 31 years the airplane has been in service, we believe it is time to replace this aircraft so that our Pastors and staff can continue to safely and swiftly share the Good News of the Gospel worldwide. We need your help to continue reaching a lost and dying world for the Lord Jesus Christ.

Fast forward to the present day, and Dollar is reacting to some of the negativity that he’s received. Addressing his congregation, he passionately states:

Let me tell you something about believing God — I can dream as long as I want to. I can believe God as long as I want to. If I want to believe God for a $65 million plane, you cannot stop me. You cannot stop me from dreaming.
