She’s ready to pop and push out baby number 3! Over the weekend, Emily B (real name Emily Bustamante) and rapper Fabolous (real name John David Jackson) celebrated the upcoming arrival of their son.

The celebrity-filled bash was held at a swanky NYC rooftop. The fashion designer — who most of us met during her tenure on Love & Hip Hop NY — wore a long gold fitted gown.
