Jada Pinkett-Smith Spotted At LAX + Recalls Fall-Out With 2Pac: He thought I went Hollywood. [Photos]

This week, we spotted Jada Pinkett-Smith, whisking through LAX airport. The 43-year-old actress — who’s co-starring in the upcoming film Magic Mike XXL  — wore a mid-drift multi-colored sweater, jeans and blue heels.

Jada had just arrived from doing a round a press and was in headlines after discussing her marriage with Will Smith. In an interview with Howard Stern she explained

It takes work — you know that! Here’s the deal, Howard. You’ve gotta trust who you’re with. And at the end of the day, right, I’m not here to be anybody’s watcher. I’m not his watcher. He’s a grown man.

She also opened up about her relationship with the late Tupac Shakur, stating that the two were simply kindred friends:

The only way I can put it is that the higher power did not want it at all. If Pac and I had any kind of sexual chemistry, we might have killed each other because we were both so passionate. And you know, we loved deeply. It was hard enough with us just being friends. It was volatile relationship….I’ve had never in my life met a person like Pac. He had so much charisma. And he was poor. When I met Pac, he owned two pairs of pants and two sweaters… He used to tell me all the time. He was like, ‘Jada, you’re a superstar.’ He didn’t say it about himself.”
