(EXCLUSIVE) Sean ‘Diddy’ Combs Blasts Baby Mama For Spending Child Support Checks Recklessly & Causing Him to Be Hit w/ $622K Judgement!
Diddy blasted the lawsuit saying he only helped out Misa get the loan because of her bad credit. However, he claimed she agreed to handle all the mortgage payments and he would not be held accountable if she couldn’t make them.

He said that he helped Misa get the home loan because she was raising their son Justin and his son was living with his baby mama. Diddy said he paid Misa substantial amounts of child support over the years and that part of what she received was suppose to be used to pay her home bills. He then accused his baby mama of not being able to manage her finances despite his huge monthly child support checks. Diddy also claimed to have to help her out with large sums of money on numerous occasions to assist with mortgage payments.
Diddy demanded the lawsuit be dismissed against him because it wasn’t his home and to make matters worse — he said Justin now lives in California and not with his mother.
Citibank fired back at Diddy and claimed he was responsible for the default on payments.
Then last month the New York judge came back and shot down Diddy, and sided with the bank. The judge ordered Diddy and Misa to pay the $622K owed on the mortgage and also allowed the bank to begin the foreclosure process on the NY home. The case was closed the same day.

As smart as Diddy is that was a bad decision on his part to trust that she would handle a mortgage when he knew she had not handled money well. When you cosign on loan docs you are just as responsible for the payments. As they say some lessons we learn are “bought” lessons. He paid hefty for that lesson.
And then if he didnt sign, people would say he wasnt helping his baby mama
She spent the money on clothing and cars. She has many judgments against her.
Misa knows just what she is doing at all times. She stayed at the Ritz Carlton and left owing them $57,000. She owes about $40,000 on the condo for monthly fees that she did not pay. Everybody gets a judgment but they never collect on it.
Hindsight is always 20/20. He should sue her, but she’d never be able to pay him.
At least Diddy is being “Smart” and not “Wifing Up These Chicks” then he’d really have to Pony UP the $$$.
So true!!!! At almost billionaire status, it would be several millions in the hole for him if these were divorce settlements.
