K.Michelle Criticizes Black Media For Negativity + Says She Doesn’t Want to Be Famous

K.Michelle has a few things she’d like to get off of her chest. In a long Twitter vent of sorts, the soulful singer/reality star (who most of us were introduced to on Love & Hip Hop Atlanta) takes ownership for her behavior while on reality TV, but explains the reasons why she was so angry. She also points the finger at black media, for consistently reporting negativity.

Why are African Americans so angry&hateful towards each other? How can we possibly build a stronger culture when all we do is fight each other? We would much rather see each other down then even come close to being supportive when one of us is up. We’ll always b considered the lesser if we dont get it 2gether. I spent years on TV fighting other black women, because no1 believed my abuse …Even though I was fighting 2b heard,it looked bad 4my culture & bad on me as a woman. People picked up perceptions of me based on my hurt. For 2years Black women beat me up. Called me crazy&a liar,and now all of a sudden everybody believes me and I’m supposed 2b healed from that..The same people I told my story 2, so that they could learn from my mistakes, are the VERY people who STILL attack me everyday! Disgusting..

Her name is spelled Coko and she was apart of SWV. I didn’t follow the story too much, but just an overview: She and K. Michelle had Twitter beef sometime last week over K’s BET Awards performance and some tweets Coko indirectly said (or retweeted) about it. K fired back at her for it.

Shes so ignorant.Shes just as guilty for displaying the same behavior that shes accusing others of.Save that neg behavior shit about the black media.All media want the negative stories.Those are the stories unfortunately that some of us prefer to read.And she needs to be worried about her *ss.Transferring nasty waste contained fat to your butt and letting it sit in there is dangerous.Like I said shes ignorant.
