(EXCLUSIVE) Ricky Williams Baby Mama Slaps NFL Star w/ Lawsuit For Denying His Child To Media

Ricky – who has 5 children – called the lawsuit a shameless money grab by the woman, claiming he was NOT the father and there was no validity to her claims.

However, the case took an interesting turn when Ricky filed a response to the lawsuit. Despite claiming in the media he was NOT the father, in his court documents he admitted he did father the son with Rivera.

He demanded the court not grant his baby mama sole custody saying that is not in the best interest of their child. Ricky did say he has the ability to pay child support for his son.

Then earlier this year, Rivera served Ricky with a brand new lawsuit — this time accusing him of defamation and fraud. The baby mama did not only sue the NFL star, but also filed suit against his current wife Peggy Williams and his management company.

She explains that she met Ricky back in 2009, while both were enrolled in a acupuncture massage college in Florida. Ricky was still playing for the Dolphins at the time. She says they carried out a 10 month sexual relationship but he ended it when she told him she was pregnant.

Rivera says that Ricky paid for all the costs associated with the birth of the child and was paying her 2k a month in support without a court order. However, the payments abruptly stopped.

Then she filed the paternity suit against Ricky in 2013. She says, he then decided to make negative and false statements about her in the press saying her lawsuit was nothing more than a money grab. Rivera says the comments made were malicious, with the intend to hurt her because he knew full and well he was the father.

She also accuses him of fraudulently transferring 6 million dollars, in an attempt to hide it from Rivera. She is suing for unspecified damages for Ricky’s actions.
