Is Orlanda Scandrick having second thoughts about calling off his engagement to Draya Michele? Not exactly. Earlier this week, we shared that the NFL’er had decided to end his engagement to the Basketball Wives LA star, stating that it was a ‘poor decision’.
In fact, both he and Draya denied rumors that Draya had staged the engagement and purchased her own engagement ring. So what’s the latest?
Orlando tells TMZ that although the wedding is off, he still loves Draya. Telling the outlet that his statements previously made in public about his now ex were impulsive he says:

Oh he’s crazy. Maybe it’s a good thing she’s gone. I had a crazy ex like that, say one thing to the public but an ass behind closed doors. No ma’am Draya take it as a blessing. Divorce court would have been worse, though he’s saying she’s a great mother he would’ve been the first one to mention that stint about her son when she was a “newer” mom.
I’m not quite sure why everyone thinks he is such a bad guy. Since when has Draya been the innocent one? We don’t know what went on behind closed doors to make him break the engagement. Plus, the post he commented on is an insult from her to him, so him responding although, yes he was being crude, is wrong? Idk, for some reason, I’m not seeing her as the victim in all of this. From what she shows of herself on the show, she seems like she’s a mess herself. So, as far as the blame game goes…it’s a draw for me.
