Tamar Braxton Explains Why Rihanna is NOT R&B + Talks Ending K.Michelle Feud: We not homies, we’re cordial. [VIDEO]

Tamar might be trying to squash her beefs with Chris, Kylie and K.Michelle but her latest comments about Rihanna and Sam Smith not being Pop and not R&B singers, could possibly rub both artists the wrong way.

I had an issue with Rihanna being nominated at the Grammy’s for Best R&B Album. She doesn’t sing R&B music, she’s a pop star I love her. Glad she won. It’s called Rhythm and Blues. Ribs and Barbecue. It’s not pop pop pop ta tuh tat tat tat. It’s soulful. That’s R&B. Every song of hers I’ve gotten my complete and utter life to… twerking. I’m just saying. I love her; I’m one of her biggest fans period, but that’s not R&B music.

Besides her feuds, Tamar will be releasing a new album, September 11th and her family’s reality show, The Braxton Family Values, this season features Bishop T.D. Jakes, who attempts to mend the conflict between the sisters. When asked what was the best piece of advice she received from the Bishop, Tamar answered,

Stop looking for people to clap for you, clap for yourself.
