Over the weekend, we spotted Jamie Foxx partying at Atlanta’s Compound. The rapper/actor –who is currently in town filming — was celebrating his sister’s birthday.

Foxx, partied with his sister and his friends, and snapped photos with fans. Jamie posted the Instagram video below, of his sister partying.
