(EXCLUSIVE) Ex NFL’er Bryant Mckinnie Slapped w/ Foreclosure Lawsuit Over Florida Condo
The complaint explains that McKinnie took out a mortgage for a 2 bedroom, 2 bathroom Florida condo – located in The Marquesa at Pembroke Condominium Association – back in 2007. The company says that McKinnie has defaulted on the mortgage by not paying since December 2013. The total amount owed on the loan is $216,654.70 plus interest.
The company is demanding the court allow them to foreclose on the home, remove McKinnie out of the condo and have the judge order him to pay back the full $216K + interest and attorney fees. McKinnie has yet to respond to the lawsuit.
