Oscar and Grammy winner Jennifer Hudson along with her sister Julia Hudson held their 5th annual Hatch Day Celebration, in memory of her late nephew Julian D. King, who was tragically taken from their family back in 2008. After his death, Jennifer and her sister started the Julian D. King Gift Foundation, which has been used to help underprivileged children.

Hatch Day is held annually on August 14th, Julian’s birthday, as a way to celebrate his birthday and memory. Along with Jennifer, were some of her family and friends, even her PR team came together to help give back to the youth of Chicago.
