‘Ballers’ Season 1 is HBO’s Most-Watched Comedy Since 2009

The series was quickly resigned for a second season, only three episode’s into the first season. Many of the co-stars, such as Arielle Kebbel, who plays the reporter and girlfriend of Spencer, and John David Washington, son of Denzel Washington who plays Ricky Jerrett will return in season 2 as series regulars.
