Well to quote the words of Nene Leakes “a hit dog gonna holler” what kind of response was that from the lawyer representing Penn. the lawyer is basically agreeing with Daniels when he says that penn has several brushes with the law but hasn’t been arrested. That’s exactly what Lee was trying to say because Penn is white he doesn’t get prosecuted or blackballed. What’s the point of suing if your lawyer just admitted and sided with the defendant. wow
