White House Hosts China State Dinner: FLOTUS Stuns in Vera Wang + Lee Daniels, NeYo Attend [Photos]
Last night, President Barack Obama and First Lady Michelle Obama hosted a state dinner for Chinese President Xi Jinping in Washington, DC at the White House. Per usual, one of the highlights of the uberly exclusive evening, was FLOTUS’s attire. She chose a dress by a Chinese-American designer for Friday’s White House dinner for Chinese President Xi Jinping.

The First Lady wore a custom-made black, off-the-shoulder mermaid gown by Vera Wang Collection for the occasion.
According to ABC News, the event comes at the end of President Xi and First Lady Madame Peng Liyuan’s official State Visit — an occasion which led to a critical U.S-China agreement to stop cyber theft for commercial gain and even the naming of a new Panda. The presidents, their wives, and 200 guests gathered in the East Room of the White House. High-profile politicians and celebrities were in attendance. Apple CEO Tim Cook and Facebook founder Mark Zuckerberg, sat at the dinner’s head table alongside President Obama and President Xi. Disney CEO Bob Iger and DreamWorks chief Jeffrey Katzenberg were also seated at the President’s side.
