Rapper Scarface Releases Statement After Unpaid Child Support Arrest
Just moments after snagging the I Am Hip Hop Award at the BET Hip Hop Awards, rapper Scarface (real name Brad Jordan) was arrested on charges of unpaid child support, with bond set at $482,190. Reportedly, he was released last Friday and has just issued a written statement regarding his arrest, saying that there were some inaccuracies with the amount he was owed. He also says he was unaware that he was a wanted man. In the statement, he writes:
First and foremost, I would like to thank my supporters for their concern during my recent arrest in Atlanta.
