Officials have reportedly seized property at the Miami Beach home of Lil Wayne in a civil action to recover property, WSVN reports.

According to the site, the rapper’s home had been put up for sale, but it is unknown if it was in fact sold or if it was still owned by Wayne.

According to Miami Beach Police, their civil processing units arrived on the scene after receiving a judge’s order to seize property.
