Presidential hopeful Ben Carson is getting creative with his campaign strategies, using rap in campaign ads. Reportedly, his campaign is spending $150,000 on the ads on radio in Miami, Atlanta, Houston, Detroit, Birmingham, Ala., Jackson, Miss., Memphis, Tenn., and Little Rock, Ark.
