Nicki Minaj Testifies In Court For Meek Mill: he’s “irresponsible” but he’s growing up.
According to a reporter at the Philly Inquirer, Minaj testified during the hearing.
Nicki Minaj testified on Meek’s behalf. Said she would help him with his probation — that he might be “irresponsible” but he’s growing up.

There was no decision made on whether Meek Mill has actually violated his probation – the hearing was continued until 12/17.
