Mendeecees Harris Has Last Meal With Family & Friends, Before Going to Prison [Photos]

Last night, Mendeecees Harris celebrated what he called his ‘last meal’, with a dinner with close family and friends. The Love & Hip Hop NY reality star was joined by his wife and VH1 co-star Yandy Smith, sons, rapper Juelz Santana and his girlfriend Kimbella and others.

Reportedly, Mendeecees will report to prison as soon as January 19 to begin his 8-year term. In an interview with Everything Girls Love (EGL), he explains that he’s hopeful that he will not have to serve the full sentence.

I’m not going to be serving the 8 years in jail. The only way you serving 8 years [is] if you go in there seen [as a] troublemaker. You know, I’m not that kind of person. There’s a lot of programs to knock off time too, so nobody really doing that.

He added:

[8 years is] not the worst. The worst could’ve been 20 years, but 8 years with good [behavior] and programs is 5 years, so let’s get this over with.
