Jay Z Allegedly Working On New Album, In Response to ‘Lemonade’

Powerhouse couple Beyonce Knowles and Shawn (Jay Z) Carter are marketing geniuses. So it comes as no surprise that a new Jay Z album, MAY be in the works.

An insider tells Us Weekly that the 46-year-old rapper and mogul is recording songs that will reveal his version of events surrounding the rough patch in his eight-year marriage to Beyoncé. The source claims,

Jay is working on an album telling his side of things.

As you know, Beyonce recently released her new album, Lemonade, on April 23rd.

What do we think? 1. If Jay is in fact working on an album, our guess is it wouldn’t be released until Beyonce’s tour has completed and the momentum for Lemonade is over. 2. When Jay records an album, he doesn’t cut his hair. So be on the lookout for a less kept crop on Jigga Man. Anywho, only time will tell.
