Kris Jenner Wants to Be a Kardashian Again
Kris Jenner is over her last name, literally. The 60-year-old matriarch of the Kardashian and Jenner family says she wants to change her last name to Kardashian again. In a deleted scene from their E! reality show Keeping Up with the Kardashians, Kris tells her daughter Khloé Kardashian that she wants the last name Kardashian again. She says,
I’m going to change my name back to Kardashian.
Khloe responds,
Why? You haven’t been that in over 24 years.
However, Kris tells Khloe that she was a Kardashian before her or her sisters were born. And Khloe responds,
I don’t care if you were that, that’s bizarre. Why don’t you go back to your maiden name?
Khloé insists she keep “Kris Jenner” as to not insult daughters Kylie or Kendall Jenner. Kris responds,
If Bruce can change his name to Caitlyn, I think I’m good.
Kristen Mary “Kris” Jenner’s maiden name is Houghton. She married twice; first to lawyer Robert Kardashian and later to television personality and retired Olympic Games champion Bruce Jenner (now known as Caitlyn). She has four children with Kardashian (Kourtney, Kim, Khloé and Robert) and two with Jenner (Kendall and Kylie).
