David Banner and Lyfe Jennings almost came to blows yesterday. The rapper and singer, along with Tyrese, participated in a town hall meeting in Atlanta. The two had a difference of opinion about how to handle police brutality. Thankfully, Tyrese intervened before the argument escalated. See the clip.
Held at the House of Hope Church, the “Real Strategy For Change” was organized to discuss race, community and police violence. Among the other notables in attendance were Dr. Bernice King, rappers 2 Chainz and Jeezy, as well as comedian/radio host Rickey Smiley, who hosted the event. After news hit about their disagreement, both took to social media.
