DJ Quik Threatens To Sue Rapper YG
DJ Quik has taken to social media, calling out rapper YG, Def Jam Records and rapper Jeezy over not being properly credited for a track that he produced. Check out Quik’s tweets below, which he later deleted.
YG also responded, with the following:
Apparently, the song was featured on YG’s 2014 debut album, “My Krazy Life.” According to Wiki, “My Nigga” (edited version titled as “My Hitta”) was produced by frequent collaborator DJ Mustard, featuring guest appearances from CTE World founder Jeezy, and Rich Homie Quan. The song was written by Keenon Jackson, Dijon McFarlane, Mikely Adam, Jay Jenkins, Dequantes Lamar, Calvin Broadus, Awood Johnson, Craig Lawson, and Corey Miller.
