(EXCLUSIVE) LeToya Luckett Officially Single, Judge Grants Divorce From Rob Hill Sr.

theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, LeToya Luckett – one of the original Destiny’s Child members – is officially a single woman. A Georgia judge just granted her and her now ex-husband Rob Hill, Sr. a divorce from their very short marriage.

Here’s the latest: On August 30th, the Fulton County Court judge presiding over the divorce granted a final judgement and decree in the case. The order dissolves the marriage completely and means both are back on the market, now that they are officially single.

Here’s the backstory: The singer filed for divorce from Rob Hill Sr. – real name Rob Hillman – on July 26th, only 2 months after they secretly wed. The breakup seemed extremely cordial with both parties reaching an agreement prior to her filing the divorce papers.

Per their settlement, neither party is to make public statements about the other or provide photos, videos or recordings to media outlets or blogs. Both agreed to keep their personal property and assets that they entered the marriage with.

Rob never filed a response to the divorce in court, most likely due to them hashing out any issues beforehand.

This summer, we broke the news that actress/singer and inspirational speaker/author split. Sources told us that they planned to keep their break-up under wraps, as they wanted to privately figure out what was best for their relationship (if they wanted to part ways or try to work things out). A source revealed:

Only their close circle knows that they’ve broken up. They don’t even post photos together on social media anymore. LeToya refuses to wear her engagement ring.

Rob addressed the end of their relationship, telling The Fam in the Morning radio show,

We have a beautiful relationship….We’re not getting married at this point because we understand each other as friends — the right way.

He continued:

There are certain things she needs to do over there for herself, and there are certain things I need to do over here.
