Reality TV BFF’s Cynthia Bailey and Nene Leakes have had their share of ups and downs in the friendship department. If you’re a fan of the Real Housewives of Atlanta, then you witnessed their fallout and reconciliation.  In a new interview, Cynthia opens up about the feud between her estranged husband Peter Thomas and Nene. On if Peter drove a wedge between her and Nene’s friendship:

Looking back — I don’t know if it was a wedge per se. He just has very strong opinions. It is what it is. It just all played out.

On her current relationship with Nene:

I’m just excited at this point that Nene and I just kind of found our way back to being friends because we weren’t friends for a couple of years. It’s just one of those friendship where we just really have a good time together.

I didn’t just wake up one day and was like, ‘I’m going to be really good friends with Nene’. I didn’t know we were just going to connect, but we have really good chemistry. I think she’s great and I’m glad to have her back in my life.
