David Alan Grier Joins Tone Bell In “Bum Deal”
David Alan Grier has joined the cast of the film “Bum Deal” alongside Tone Bell. See the movie description below.
The story [is] about two San Francisco slackers who, after failing to break into the business world with their million-dollar idea, strike a mutually rewarding deal with a homeless person to pose as the jet-setting venture capitalist who can get them in the door.
Grier is known for work in the films “Blankman” with Damon Wayans and “Boomerang ” with Eddie Murphy. He also starred in the hit variety show In Living Color. Recently, he starred in the 2015 NBC revival of The Wiz, portraying The Lion. He is also shooting the third season of The Carmichael Show.
Bell, starred in the NBC comedy Truth Be Told with Bresha Webb and had a recurring role on CW’s The Flash during season 2. He recently joined the cast of the Netflix film “Disjointed” and will star in the CBS series My Time/Your Time.
