Phaedra Denies Hiding Assets From Apollo

theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Real Housewives of Atlanta star Phaedra Parks is refusing to sit down and be grilled by her soon-to-be ex-husband Apollo Nida. The reality star is blasting her ex’s attempt to depose her and denying allegations that she hid assets from him in their divorce.

Phaedra recently headed back to court in her never-ending divorce with Apollo pleading the judge not make her sit for a deposition. She argues her ex missed the deadline to depose her under oath and is
refusing to comply with his demands.

Further, she blasts the allegation she hide assets – an entire home – from Apollo in the original divorce she filed. She explains the home in question was purchased in her name alone and she pays the mortgage.

Phaedra points out that she had no prior knowledge of Apollo’s criminal activity until he was convicted and says that the United States Attorney Office is actively seeking assets to seize to collect on the $1 million+ restitution Apollo owes stemming from his criminal case.

In regards to their two children, she says she is the sole provider for them and pays for their private schooling and other expenses. She claims Apollo provides no financial support, given his criminal conviction.  The divorce is still pending with both parties battling it out over assets and child support.
