Kyle Norman Accused of Child Abandonment By Baby Mama
theJasmineBRAND.com exclusively reports, Jagged Edge’s Kyle Norman is accused of child abandonment & non-support and his baby mama has headed to court to slap the singer with a court case.
His baby mama, Delvoni Harris, filed an application in Georgia court on May 8th, 2017. The case is still pending with a hearing set for later this month.
Harris filed the case accusing Norman of abandonment of child/abandonment/non-support. Georgia law states that if a parent is not paying his child support they can be found guilty of child abandonment, facing up to three years in jail if a court convicts him.
Norman has yet to respond to the allegations in court.
The singer has faced numerous legal trouble in the past couple years, being charged with family violence, criminal trespassing and cruelty to children in 3rd degree. He is currently locked up in Georgia jail for violating his probation.
