Lil Kim Person of Interest In Robbery

Lil Kim is reportedly wanted for questioning, by the LAPD. The 42-year-old rapper is said to be a person of interest connected to a robbery over the weekend. Reportedly, she rented a property to throw a BET Awards event, but it wasn’t to her liking.

A law enforcement source alleges that she and her team went to inspect the place in the early hours of Sunday morning, but didn’t like it, and demanded their money back.

The property manager/or owner refused to refund Kim’s money and an argument erupted and police were called. When cops arrived they told the group that it was a civil matter and couldn’t help so left, as did Kim and her entourage.

According to reports, at sometime around 4am, a group of armed people arrived to the property wearing ski masks, taking Kim’s deposit check and cash, totaling at least $20,000. Law enforcement states that the robbers also slashed tires and stole a hubcap before they left.

The LAPD has launched a robbery investigation. She has yet to comment.
